jdbx Terms & Conditions and User Agreement

This document is the official agreement between the jdbx platform (https://jdbx.wine) and the players who access it. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or participating in any games, players confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

jdbx reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be taken as acceptance of the changes. We recommend checking this page regularly.

Age 21 and Over Restriction

The jdbx platform provides services to players aged 21 and over only. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to register an account or participate in any games.

jdbx may request age verification, and if an account is found to have been registered with a false age, that account will be suspended and any remaining balance may be confiscated.

Restricted Regions

Players from countries or regions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to access this platform. You are responsible for checking and complying with the laws of your own location before accessing the platform.

Accurate Information Required

You must provide only accurate personal information when registering an account. If your name, contact number, or payment details are found to be incorrect, the account may be suspended and withdrawals may be blocked.

Each person may only open one account. If more than one account is found under the same person, all accounts except the first will be suspended and any bonuses and winnings on those accounts will be forfeited.

Account Security Responsibility

Keep your login details (username / password) private and do not share them with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

If you allow someone else to access and play on your account, jdbx is not responsible for any bets placed or money lost as a result.

Account Verification (KYC)

jdbx may request documents such as your name, nationality, and ID card from you at the time of withdrawal or at any time. This verification is mandatory to prevent illicit financial activity.

If you are unable to provide the required documents, your withdrawal may be delayed or rejected and your account may be suspended.

Deposit Rules

Deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (by any method)
• Deposits cannot be changed once submitted — please check everything carefully before proceeding.
• You may only deposit using payment methods you own — third-party funds are not accepted.
• If any fraudulent deposit activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

Withdrawal Rules

Please note the following when making a withdrawal—

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — within 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met — see Section 4 below.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification is not yet complete.

First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

On your first deposit at jdbx, you will receive a 200% Welcome Bonus of up to 100,000 Ks.

The wagering requirement to withdraw bonus funds is bonus amount × 10.

Example 1 — deposit 20,000 Ks

• Bonus — 40,000 Ks
• Total balance — 60,000 Ks
• Wagering requirement — 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks

Example 2 — deposit 120,000 Ks

• Bonus — 100,000 Ks (maximum cap)
• Total balance — 220,000 Ks
• Wagering requirement — 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks

General Bonus Restrictions

• Please also pay attention to the individual terms of each bonus.
• Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of deposit — they will expire after this period.
• Bonuses cannot be shared with other players.
• jdbx may withdraw any bonus at any time with prior notice.
• If bonus abuse or irregular play patterns are detected, the bonus and winnings will be removed.

5 VIP Levels

At jdbx, your VIP level increases based on your play volume. Each level comes with a weekly cashback rate—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback amounts will be given in bonus form and may have a wagering requirement. Specific bonus and cashback handling details can be confirmed through player support.

Referral Program

When a referred friend makes their first deposit, the referrer will receive 10% of that amount as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks. In addition, the referrer will earn 0.2% of their referred friends' active bets as a weekly commission.

The referral program applies to genuine new accounts only. If self-referral or any action to obtain duplicate bonuses is detected, all referral-related bonuses will be forfeited.

Prohibited Gameplay

The following gameplay methods are prohibited on the jdbx platform—

• Playing without genuine intent, solely to claim bonuses (bonus abuse / bonus hunting)
• Using software or bots to exploit the system
• Opening and playing multiple accounts from a single person (multi-accounting)
• Using external connections or methods to gain advance knowledge of game outcomes
• Using the platform as a tool for money laundering

If any of these policies are found to have been violated, the account will be immediately suspended, bonuses cancelled, and remaining funds forfeited. The matter may also be referred to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

Game Results and Fairness

Games on jdbx are operated using fair RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Players should be aware that bonus restrictions and gameplay conditions may apply when participating in announced games.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue (disconnection, server error), jdbx will review the game record and refund the appropriate amount.

Personal Data Handling

jdbx protects players' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data is handled securely using SSL encryption and will not be shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.

Player data will be used only to improve services, carry out financial security checks, and fulfil legal obligations.

Account Suspension and Closure

jdbx may suspend any account after providing prior notice. Players may also request this themselves.

Service Interruptions and Errors

jdbx will work to ensure a good gaming experience, but players should understand that temporary service interruptions may occur due to technical failures, server issues, or events beyond our control.

jdbx will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from such events.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a financial or gameplay dispute, players must contact jdbx customer support within 7 days. Disputes raised after 7 days will not be considered.

Governing Language and Decisions
